Hot, Humid and Stormy
Temperatures will climb Sunday as Central Indiana sits on the warm side of a frontal boundary that will continue to push North. Hot and humid air from the South will send temps well into 80’s Monday and Tuesday. With the warm moist air comes the chances for multiple rounds of sever weather. Tuesday being the most likely for us.
Sunday will be mostly sunny with a muggy feel topping out near 80º, evening lows will stay in the mid 60’s.
Monday brings our first chance for thunderstorms in the late afternoon into the early evening hours. Daytime temps will climb into the mid 80’s with winds gusting to around 23 mph.
Tuesday will be our biggest threat for sever weather. Threats could include damaging wind gusts and large hail. There is also a risk of localized flooding. Stay weather-aware late Tuesday afternoon into the early morning hours of Wednesday.
