Friday April 24th at 7am Elwood will have a new business. Located in the formerly abandoned Pizza Hut building at 405 N Anderson St please welcome Quick Stop Food Mart to our city.

The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) is proposing to improve the intersection of S.R. 28 and S.R. 213 near the Town of Hobbs in Tipton County by constructing a single-lane roundabout. The project is expected to improve safety by reducing the number and severity of crashes at the intersection.
